Southern New Hampshire Health System – Nashua
Position Summary:
Medical Technologists perform all aspects of Laboratory testing in one or more of the following departments: Blood Bank, Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology and Urinalysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology or BS in related science such as Biology or Chemistry
- Exam eligible. ASCP or AMT registry, or equivalent.
- Internship in an approved CLSI program or 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
- Ability to work in at least one department in the clinical laboratory.
- Proficient in use of computer.
- Medical terminology.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

We have the following shifts available:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Full-time, 32 hours per week, 3:00pm-11:30pm and 11:00pm-7:00am, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Full-time, 30 hours per week, 7:00am-3:30pm, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Part-time, 24 hours per week, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
- Per diem/as needed

Elliot Health System – Manchester
Position Summary:
Medical Technologists perform laboratory testing on clinical specimens and provide accurate laboratory test data to appropriate clinical personnel in order to assist them in making informed medical decisions. Candidates must have basic abilities in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the laboratory equipment which produces this test data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and precisely perform laboratory tests and maintain the integrity of samples throughout the process.
- Notify appropriate clinical personnel in the event of critical or life-threatening results.
- Maintain records and documentation in order to adhere to regulations set forth by regulatory agencies such as JACHO, CAP, Medicare, Medicaid and Elliot Hospital Laboratory policies and procedures.
- Resolve and document procedural problems encountered in the daily workload.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Possess good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers.
- A working knowledge of computers
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in phlebotomy and specimen collection
Education, Experience & Licensure:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Science or related field OR an equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Experience: One-year experience as a Medical Technologist preferred.
- Certification/Licensure: Certification as an MT or MLS preferred.

We have the following shifts available:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9:30pm-7:30am, every 3rd weekend, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Per diem, 6:30am-3:00pm
- Per diem, 7:00am-5:30pm
- Per diem, 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Per diem, 9:30pm-7:30am
